IN MY\nNEIGHBORHOOD, THE PEOPLE WHO\nWILL BE DISPLACED ARE A SINGLE\nMOTHER WITH TWO CHILDREN, AN\nELDERLY COUPLE, AND AN ELDERLY\nWIDOW, A DISABLED VETERAN, OLDER\nRENTALS -- RENTERS LIVE IN\nAFFORDABLE APARTMENTS.
